Four years after her breast cancer diagnosis, Elisabeth Zier is cancer free and says she owes her life to her dog.
Zier admits she was confused when her beloved dog, Zoe, started scratching her chest.
When the dog’s odd behavior didn’t stop, she went to the doctor and found out she had an aggressive form of breast cancer.
The woman credits the intuitive dog for detecting the cancer. Zier says if it wasn’t for Zoe, she doesn’t know what would have happened.
Thankfully, Zier sought treatment in time and successfully beat cancer. This story proves once again that dogs truly are man’s best friend.
