A black Labrador Retriever mix is recovering but unable to walk after being found shot by a high-power gun. Because the bullet fragments hit his spine, this is the reason he cannot walk.
As of this writing, officials in Tucson, Arizona, are asking for help locating the dog’s owner. As time goes on, there is a chance he may regain movement, but that is uncertain right now.

When the folks at Pima Animal Care Control posted images of the dog along with his heartbreaking story, social media comments ran the gamut from sadness to anger.
“Makes me sick a person could do this,” wrote one person.
“I wish I could hold you and show you all the love in the world I’m sorry that someone somewhere has done this to you sweet baby,” shared another.
