The person who dumped a dead dog behind a business in Lexington, Kentucky, wasn’t counting on surveillance cameras to capture her every move.
Lexington-Fayette Animal Care and Control officers posted video footage of a woman pulling up to a local business, exiting her vehicle, and then dropping a dead dog in a kennel near a dumpster.

An actual photo of the deceased animal was posted in the comments section on their Facebook page so as not to upset their followers with the graphic content.
When they initially posted, officers shared, “If you have any information about the animal or the person shown in the video below, please contact our Cruelty Investigator at 859-255-9033 extension 229.”

As of this writing, they report that the person in the video has been located. Officers are in touch with her and they will continue to investigate the incident.
