As seen in this video, 2 Siberian Huskies are seen playing outside after having their dinner.

The hooded thief appeared out of nowhere in the vicinity and lured the puppies away toward the side fence. The thief then grabbed Lycan in a quick move and scooted off.

Lycan is a very sweet and gentle Husky who has unique 2-colored eyes. His ears are long and he had a blue harness on.

The police have been looking for the culprit, but there has been no trace of him or Lycan.
