2 Pit Bulls Cruelly Abandoned In Empty House, One Of Them Was Locked In A Cage

A couple of neighbors recently called the “Guardians of Rescue” after hearing persistent, anxious barks from an empty house nearby. When rescuers arrived at the house, they were shocked to see two Pit Bulls trapped in the house.

Apparently, the owners of the house had been evicted. But, rather than surrendering their dogs to a local shelter, or bringing them with them, they preferred to leave them abandoned in the empty house. One of the dogs was locked in a cage, while the other was roaming free.

The house itself was a putrid, filthy mess. Some of the neighbors had been throwing in food through an open window, so the dogs didn’t starve. But they were far from okay, as they shivered in fear, and acted defensive at the sight of the rescue team.

However, the dogs’ personalities changed completely once they were outside. They wagged their tails in gratefulness, while cuddling with their rescuers. They’ve been named Sky and Max, and they’ll soon find their precious forever homes! We hope they receive all the love and care that they deserve. What a rescue!

Check out the video below to watch Sky and Max barking anxiously in the empty house.

We got a call today about 2 dogs left behind in an abandoned house. When we got there this is what we saw ….the living conditions were terrible and the dogs were living in filth! All alone just waiting…and waiting.
