Maymo and Penny are two beagles that live together with their family. So if one can get into mischief, imagine what the pair can do! The video below documents some of the reasons that Maymo made it onto NBC’s Today Show.
Maymo starred in a video in October 2012, which gained national attention when he was shown hoarding water jugs, among other misdemeanors. Normal dog shaming videos feature the culprit sitting with a sign around his or her neck stating the “crime.” The expression on the dog’s face is generally guilty and is hilarious in context, but these puppy parents have found an unusual way to repay the canine convicts for their devilment.
Since the video below has gone viral, dog shaming has become a nationwide pastime as owners share the delightfully naughty antics their pets get into, mostly when the parents aren’t home. Maymo, however, doesn’t seem to care if there are witnesses to his misdeeds!
He really takes his “helping with household chores” to heart when he attacks the vacuum cleaner, strips the beds of linens, “cleans up after the party,” and more. His sister Penny isn’t innocent, either. She plays her part in her brother’s misconduct, helping him finish the job he’s started.
