A video has surfaced showing police officers repeatedly tazing an innocent dog. The dog was a runaway from her new home, so the police officers were called to help. But no one could’ve imagined the extreme horror the officers put the dog through.

This video shows the police trying to nab the ‘unruly’ dog. They taze the terrified pooch once, and the dog is done for. But the officer goes on to taze the pooch again and again for more than 5 times, until the point where it becomes clear that he is doing it compulsively.
This video has been going viral ever since, with enraged animal lovers questioning the intentions of the police. People are wondering why the police officers were called in the first place, when it is the trained animal control officers who are better at handling pets.

The dog is reported to be physically fine, although he may face some behavioral issues because of the trauma.
