When a dachshund pup named Maria became pregnant after forcibly being bred while paralyzed, her former owners abandoner her because a C-section would cost $3,000.
That's when Friends of Emma, a rescue organization in Texas on a mission to rescue and heal homeless and abandoned dogs, stepped up to the plate, took Maria in and saved her life.

How cruel the owner is. Did that poor dog really need to be put through all that. Hope owner is never allowed to have animals again.
