Raz the Chihuahua was just a wee little puppy when he first discovered the magic of hugs and cuddles. Growing up, he became more and more enticed with the warm and fuzzy dopamine kick he got every time Mom nestled him in her arms and snuggled him to sleep.
Over the years, Raz’s penchant for cuddles only grew more prominent. He would stubbornly refuse to sleep till he got his dose of love, and he wouldn’t have it any other way!
This video captures 10-year-old Raz’s obsession with nighttime cuddles, and it’s one of the most heartwarming things we’ve ever seen!
Every night when Mom is cozy under covers, Raz crawls up to her and flops down his head on her shoulder like it’s his birthright! He then stares at her with his big starry eyes until she brings her arm out to pet him!

Raz instinctively pushes his tiny tongue out as Mom caresses him with gentle strokes and light, soothing rubs. The sweet boy tries his best to keep his eyes open, but soon drifts off into the coziest slumber!
He spends the night safely tucked under the covers like a baby, blissfully lost in the happiest dreams with his favorite human by his side! What a precious good boy!

Mom says that Raz takes the cuddling session very seriously, even during his daytime naps. Clinging on to her for his vulnerable siestas gives him a reassuring feeling of security and peace.
It’s no wonder that he has been doing it religiously for the past decade throughout the highs and lows of life!

Raz’s innocent display of affection toward his mom only shows his unwavering love and devotion toward her. We can totally tell that he is a cherished and pampered pooch who thinks the world of his mommy and wants to be by her side at all times.
