The Takis Shelter in Greece has always been at the forefront of helping the unwanted dogs and puppies who are dumped on the streets and left to fend for themselves.
It’s a big, scary world out there for these animals seeing it for the first time, so when the organization hears of such a situation, they’re on top of it!
Takis learned of a tiny puppy abandoned outside of a grocery store, so he set out for rescue.
So many people just passed the little one by and ignored her cries as she wondered what was going on, but not this man. He picked her up to head back to the hospital for an examination and care.

The pup was loving and friendly with everyone, including all the other dogs. Despite her small stature, she had a personality that was larger than life!
How anyone could leave such a sweet thing behind with nothing, I’ll never understand. But someone wanted her to have it all, and it wasn’t long before she got that loving forever home!

Now with her new mom and lots of dog siblings, the little girl is living the dream! They’re one big happy family, and you’ll want to see them in the video below. 🙂
