Man With No Criminal History Or Motive Pulls Into Woman’s Driveway, Kills 2 Dogs

One of the worst things that can happen to a pet parent is the death of a beloved animal. Two innocent dogs were violently killed in Hendersonville, Tennessee, by a man unfamiliar to their devastated owner.

The suspect walked up to the woman’s home, shot and killed the dogs, and took off in a white pickup truck. Authorities released a “be on the lookout” (BOLO) stating the man had a handgun and shotgun and was very dangerous.

It all started when the man showed up in the woman’s driveway on May 7, 2019, with a rifle, claiming he was hunting coyotes. She called 911, but he was gone when police arrived on the scene. The next morning, he returned and shot her dogs, killing one in the driveway and one later died at the vet’s office.

In a strange twist, the suspect returned to the woman’s home the following day. A sergeant saw the suspect approach and apprehended him.
