The German Shepherd is known for being a regal, guard dog that is loyal to the end. But, the truth is — there is a hidden world of German Shepherds that many people don’t know about.
We’re here to warn you about 15 reasons you should never adopt a German Shepherd.
It’s important that you take these very seriously.
1. From the second they’re born, they are vicious creatures.
2. And when they’re puppies? You’re always in danger.
3. They really shouldn’t be trusted around children.
4. Other animals can’t stand them.
5. Especially other dogs. German Shepherds are their worst nightmare.

I will never again adopt a German Shepherd!!
Two or more maybe but not a single one.
Ideally a half dozen would suit me just fine because I do so love them and enjoy being terrorized by my dogs.

We got our first Shepherd a few short years ago. Peyton, not even 5 years old passed away in his sleep last July. He was an amazing dog. I’m still not over the loss.

We had a German Shepherd when our daughter was born and he was one of the smartest and sweetest dogs ever. He looked out for her and she could crawl up on him and bounce around and he would just let her do anything and was always so gentle with her, she would not go to sleep in her room unless he was on the foot of her bed and he would lay there until she went to sleep and he would slowly get off the bed so he would not wake her up and come back to our room. He died many years ago but he still has a place in my heart!!!
