The Cavalier King Charles Spaniel originated as a lapdog – a job it still excels at today. Because of this, Cavaliers want nothing more than to be by their human’s side and they do not do well when left alone for long periods of time.
The breed may not be very active, but they do require adequate affection and care from their owners to maintain a happy and healthy life.

German Shepherds are the most anxiety ridden of all, in my opinion. I think they worry that something will happen to us if we’re away from them at all, even in a different room of the house.

I have a cockapoo that has terrible separation anxiety. But I made her that way I feel. I’ve had her since she was 8 wks & take her with me everywhere. When I can’t take her she has to be in her kennel. She loves her kennel.
