Adam Grimpo has wanted a dog since he was three years old. But with no one ever home to take care of one, his parents knew the responsible thing was to wait for a better time.
Well, that day had finally come after Mom took a full-time remote job to work from home. So on his 13th birthday, they decided the moment was right. 😉
Mom had Adam unwrap a bunch of Stranger Things’ dog toys and played it off as if she didn’t know they were for a dog.
That’s when Dad walked into the room from behind with the puppy cradled in his arms in a blanket.
And the surprise evoked the type of reaction and emotion they were expecting and then some!
