Oscar, a miniature poodle, was found severely injured and abandoned in a garbage can at a Vancouver park in April 2025.
Discovered by walkers, the roughly 10-year-old dog had broken ribs, a dislocated hip, and a broken leg.
Despite this abuse, Oscar underwent successful surgeries and is recovering with his foster-turned-adoptive mom, thriving after immense community support.
