She was dumped in a box at the edge of a canal — and when it broke, she fell in and couldn’t even lift her head.
Rescuers pulled her out, and within days she went from too weak to stand to walking with support — her sassy personality slowly starting to shine through.
Now Flora is a giant baby who chases soccer balls, wiggles her tiny tail nub nonstop, and loves everyone she meets
