This tiny puppy was found abandoned on a wet blanket near the park and was immediately rushed to the Sacramento SPCA. The sweet thing was thrown out because something’s wrong with part of his brain, a condition called cerebellar hypoplasia. Thankfully, he found a family to love him for who he is.
Petey was abandoned all because he was a little different, but that didn’t matter at all to these people. The little guy has come so far and is now living his very best life! His new owners just can’t believe that someone didn’t want this sweet pup, but as they say — one man’s “trash” is another man’s treasure. 🙂
