His entire life this lovable 3-year-old boy with Down syndrome had trouble making friends and was rather lonely.
People are an ignorant kind with all sorts of prejudices, but fortunately this little man found someone far better, someone who can give unconditional love and friendship and who can accept him for who he really is.
His gentle Labrador certainly stole my heart. The dog seems to sense that the boy has particular needs, and treats him with utmost kindness and a compassion that is just adorable.
It’s funny how the simplest of videos can have such a far-reaching appeal and impact. Despite its simplicity, this video has had 8 million YouTube views. Nice to see I’m not the only one who loved it.

The touching friendship between this boy and his dog really got to me. I was reaching for kleenex by the time it was over.
