Rat-Cha might not be a great name, but this little dog will stick around for years and years to come. A cross between Chihuahua and Rat Terrier breeds makes this dog extremely well tempered with a playful personality. They are definitely meant to be kept as mostly indoor pets as large hawks could swoop down and take your pet with its talons.
