She was lost at sea and given up for dead, but Luna, a most lucky German Shepherd, has been reunited with her owner, Nick Haworth. “She's a little bit skinny, but other than that, I think she looks pretty good,” the overjoyed owner said.
The dog fell overboard off Haworth's boat in the Pacific Ocean. She managed to swim two miles to a tiny island used for target practice by the U.S. Navy. “To have my best friend back is the greatest gift I've ever received,” he said.
