Lou Duncan was about to die when he was a puppy due to a congenital malformation of the pelvis and hind limbs. He was rescued by Panda Paws Rescue organization and after an operation and a lot of rehab, is able to run on its two front legs. What a seriously awesome dog!!
All the energy and happiness had me smiling the whole time! Love this pups spirit!! So determined and happy! It's great to see that there's people out there that have the patience to commit to having a dog like this.. 🙂 Check out the video below!
