No matter who you are (or what species you are), being a mother is tough work. One German Shepherd momma, though, found out how to turn the tables and exhaust her puppies for a change!
Usually, puppies are roly-poly balls of energy…but just wait ’til this mother is done.

First, she assessed the situation in the open field…

And then, she was off! She began running circles around her adorable litter, herding them into a tight little pack. She was moving so quickly, some could only turn around before she changed directions.
When she got too far ahead of them, she’d stop, let them catch up, and bolt away again. The game of chasing and teasing had the puppies howling and yipping, blissfully trying to stay close to mom.

The puppies were moving their stubby legs as fast as they could, but they were no match for their mother. The owner filming the video couldn’t help but giggle to herself as she watched that world’s cutest parenting session ever.
Those pups are going to have the best nap after this!
