Search and rescue dogs are an integral part of many crisis management teams. Recently, the trainers at “Mountain Rescue Search Dogs England” shared a thrilling video of their brilliant rescue dog, Flo, in action!
Flo is a 4-year-old Border Collie from Edale Mountain Rescue Team, and she has been trained to perform various tasks related to search and rescue in the exhausting mountainous terrains.
In this video from one of Flo’s training sessions, we see how she responds in times of emergency. One of the staff volunteered to be buried in a snow bank for this rescue session. Flo’s primary task was to locate the volunteer.
