While on a trip to find some opal, these men stumbled upon a Kangaroo that was in distress. It seemed like he was caught up on the top of an 8 foot fence when he tried to jump over it in the night.
He was about to try and attack when he realized they were not there to hurt him. Once the blood ran back into the kangaroos leg he was able to hop away to live another day.
