Here's the amazing video of Kia the pit bull and Justin's story of how they are helping to create a new image for the pit bull breed.
Kiah was rescued from abusive conditions and trained to be a K9 officer. She's one of the first pit bulls to become a police dog and the first one in New York State.
She's now part of the Poughkeepsie Police Department and she also serves as a breed ambassador. When she's not out fighting crime, she's fighting stereotypes about pit bulls.

Besides our Beagle, we have a recued Pit. She is really sweet and takes direction from the Beagle. They are not very tolerate of the cold. My wife made a sweater for her when she goes out and we live in SoCal.

Are you kidding? Most dog maulings are by Pits. Most dog bite fatalities are by Pits. The first fatality of 2018 by a Pit. Any misinformation is spread by posts like this.

I don’t understand the dog that is tired up is different then the dog with the officer. Pits are a great dogs it’s the owner the needs training .
