The pup’s jaw was broken in one spot so they had to place a wire on one side. This was actually good news because she’d still be able to eat soft food and drink water.
In a few days, she was eating on her own! The brave little girl was so happy to have steady meals and a warm place to sleep. Her life on the streets was a thing of the past. She even smiled for the camera!

One of the vet techs decided to foster the pup once she was medically cleared. She was discharged a week later.
She had never been inside a car before and wasn’t sure what to think of it– but she certainly loved her new home once she got there. Especially her new comfy bed.

We are so happy the puppy is healing and will make a complete recovery. Ignoring an animal in distress is heartless.
