Police identified the couple with the hotel’s help, but by then the couple had escaped. Police are currently looking for Dillon on charges related to public intoxication and animal cruelty.
Dillon’s brother claims that the “cracked rib” is from a separate accident and not caused by Dillon’s kicking.

Update: The cops have recently arrested Dillon and Kelsey. Kelsey is facing charges for public intoxication only. Meanwhile, Dillon has admitted to kicking the puppy with his foot. We hope he gets an appropriate punishment for his ruthless crime and Sarah finds a home soon.
