Cops in Knoxville, Tennessee, are asking the public to help them identify the person who mercilessly threw an innocent puppy off the Alcoa Hwy overpass at about 3 AM.
The puppy survived the 29-foot-9-inch fall, but was left severely disoriented and bleeding from her mouth and paws.

The puppy was rushed to the UT Veterinarian Medical Facility, where her back leg was also found to be broken. After administering the emergency procedures, the staff has transferred her to Young-Williams Animal Center for better treatment.
The puppy was originally discovered by a cop who was on his night patrol duties under the overpass.
The cop says that he heard some cursing/grunting from a “deep male voice” coming from above, before hearing a loud impact sound of the puppy being tossed down. The person escaped before the cop could get a hold of him.
