In his trial, Kieran admitted to the charges of “failing to protect the dog from pain, injury, suffering and disease.” He has now been banned from keeping animals for 5 years.
He will also have to undergo an alcohol treatment program, and pay £885 ($1150) toward legal costs and victim surcharge.
