A mother’s love knows no boundaries. In this story, a mama dog’s love goes so deep that caring for herself wasn’t an option. She sacrificed so much so that her puppies were cared for.

The mama dog has severe mange. The sores from scratching and living outside look so painful.
She also has large chunks of irritated skin that caused her fur to fall out. Mama took refuge in a pile of bricks that was once a structure.

She lay there, weak and unable to move due to pain and malnutrition. But even though she was likely scared and suffering, she took excellent care of her babies.
They can be seen nursing happily without any idea that their mother is sick.

The puppies are adorable and perfectly clean. They are even a good weight considering everything.
They did contract a minor case of mange from Mama but, regardless, she’s really done an amazing job with them.
