Sadly, the stray cat population is booming. They roam the streets looking for food and are often ignored. Especially in cities where these cats are not trapped to be neutered or spayed, they just keep reproducing.
Animal lovers try their best to do what they can but it’s an on-going problem. There are just too many mouths to feed and not enough shelters or homes to make a permanent difference.
One particular woman has been feeding stray cats for many years. It’s her way of doing what she can to help the animals she loves. All the cats are very grateful for a bowl of food and some fresh water.
However, one day the woman met a cat that seemed extremely fickle. She would leave the bowl of food out for her but the cat refused to eat. The woman thought maybe she was just afraid of being around humans.
She knew that humans supplied the food so the cat went to them, but she refused to eat the food in front of her. That’s when the woman started putting the food into little plastic bags. The cat responded right away!
The smart orange cat would take the food in the plastic bag in her mouth and run off. So, the woman continued to feed all the cats in bowls and make a special bag just for the cat she named Dongsuk.
One day, the woman got curious and decided to follow Dongsuk to see where she goes to eat. What happened next BLEW the woman away.
