Just when you think people can’t get any lower in their treatment of animals, one woman in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, makes headlines with her crime.
Thirty-year-old Leslie Aguillard hopped in a man’s running truck while he entered a donut shop. The woman took off in the truck and realized a dog was inside.

Although the owner tried to stop her, she allegedly fled with both the vehicle and his pooch. Sadly, the man was hit by the vehicle’s door, dragged 20 feet, and ended up with two fractured ribs and minor injuries.
Police searched for the vehicle, which was found hours later. Sadly, the dog was dead inside, the victim of heat exhaustion. Roleaux was a Labrador/Weimaraner mixed breed.
