All the little creatures are adorable, but this miniature horse literally melts hearts all over the internet. Sammy, three days old chasing the farmer, seems to be having a good time.
All of this, of course, is under the supervision of his mother Grace, who is watching the lovely scenes.
Miniature horses are very friendly and I really enjoy being around people. Therefore, they are often kept as pets. They are also used as animals for emotional support.
And recently, the US Department of Transportation has added this adorable creature to the list of service animals that can fly on all airlines.
“In this final statement, after reviewing the comments on this matter, we believe it will be in the public interest and in our discretion to prioritize public service animals.
The most common recipients (such as dogs, cats, and ponies) are accepted for transport,” says the US Department of Transportation.
And if you’ve ever wondered how these adorable creatures exist, well, they seem to have appeared as a result of selective breeding in the 16th century and were originally used as pets by European aristocrats.
Small horses can grow to 38 inches and have a life expectancy of 25 to 30 years.
