Pros-too many to mention.They are the best dog breed in my opinion Cons-short life span, cancer, hip and joint problems. That being said i wouldn't trade my time with my berner for double with another breed.

Pro – loyal, lovable, and a great city dig because they don't require a lot of exercise. Con – terrified of storms and fireworks. I have to use antianxiety drops called Rescue Remedy.

Pros: Easy to potty train. Great with kids. Cons: Stubborn and can be aloof with strangers in the home.

BMD are amazingly sweet, great with children and an awesome loving personality. Mine knows no stranger. The only con is the very time-consuming grooming requirements and massive shedding.

Their beautiful loving nature, they are giant “lap” dogs this also can be a problem if you don't want a giant hairy animal lounging on you or wanting cuddles in bed. Beautiful coats you literally will have their fur everywhere – it doesn't matter how much you groom them or vacuum your house
