A dog named Bokshil had her world ripped apart when her owner abandoned her while moving to a different house. Bokshil, however, never believed that she was dumped. She patiently waited outside the apartment, hoping that her owner would turn up.

Sadly, 10 years have passed without any sign of the owner. Bokshil’s abandonment is pretty clear to the neighborhood. The neighbors not only feed her, but have also built her a shelter to sleep at night. They have tried to get her help, but Bokshil simply won’t let go of her waiting-spot.
After noticing Bokshil being sick, the neighbors took her to the vet’s where it was found that she had started developing senile cataract. Now that her eyes deceive her, Bokshil grows even more desperate to find her family.

With age, Bokshil’s teeth have also fallen out. A kind neighborhood lady powders her food so that she can eat. Our hearts shatter as we see Bokshil chasing after every stranger, hoping that one of them is her long lost family.

Bokshil’s story found its way to the internet, where people expressed heavy concerns over the senior dog. We don’t know how long this greying little pooch will keep fighting with a broken heart.
