Cats are smarter than humans think and learn to understand and communicate with any human. You can see deaf and mute owner sitting at the dinner table and eating.
The cat joins him and tries to say something to him using the sign language. Though we understand what exactly this cat wants but use of gestures by this kitty is absolutely amazing! The man taught the cat how to use sign language and did excellent job at that.
They are just like humans! This is really marvelous to observe such communication.
