Biker Sees Chewed Up Crate In Rural Wilderness & His Heart Sinks As He Opens It

Bret Winingar and his son Zach were cruising along the rural outskirts of Little Rock on their adventure bikes. Suddenly, they stumbled upon a crate lying concealed in the weeds.

As they closed in, they noticed the top of the crate was partially chewed off. They knew this wasn’t a good sign and immediately worked to open the crate.

The duo was shocked to find an extremely skeletal dog rotting away in a corner of the crate. Her body was covered with bleeding wounds, which came from sores that had developed after spending weeks in the crate.

Bret and Zach named the dog Charlie Bravo and gave her whatever food and water they had. They hurried back home and brought a vehicle to tow away the dog.

At the vet’s, it was established that Charlie was in shock due to starvation and claustrophobia. She couldn’t even walk due to her weakened state, but the Winingars promised to help her survive.

Over the next few days, Charlie made a slow but steady recovery with Bret’s family. The family initially planned to foster her till she was alright, but soon it was clear that they wouldn’t be able to let her go. And so, Charlie became the fourth rescue dog in her new home!

As Charlie got better, it became evident that she was fascinated with bikes. After all, the men who saved her were bikers!

One day, Bret fixed a crate for Charlie on his bike and asked her if she wanted to come. The overwhelmed girl instantly hopped on, and there has been no looking back for her ever since!

Today, Charlie has blossomed into a free-spirited adventurer! By turning her life around, Charlie has become an inspiration to anyone who is trying to break free from a bad place in life!
