In Austin, Texas, a dog named Bluebelle was dumped in a parking lot with only her bed for comfort. Only it separated the pittie from the hot pavement beneath her.
When animal control officers arrived, the sweet girl accepted the treats right from their hands…
The dog was rescued and taken to the Austin Animal Center where she drank lots of water and slept comfortably in her bed in the air-conditioned facility.
The 9-year-old dog would have to be treated for her skin infection, but she was in great spirits from to get-go!
It wouldn’t be long until the gentle giant found a foster home to continue to prepare her for and provide her with the life she truly deserves.
And she’ll never be without the bed that has been with her through everything! 🙂
