24. Seven-year-old Duke the dog is the elected mayor of Cormorant, Minnesota! Not only that, but he won by a landslide. Really, though, who wouldn’t want this sweet little guy as their mayor?
The best thing about having a dog for a mayor means that naps and treats are on the agenda, and every mayoral press conference is guaranteed to be adorable. Plus, everyone would probably be allowed to leave work early to go home to their pets!
