We’ve all been there: playing with our dogs when oops, a little boo-boo happens. When Bernese Mountain/Saint Bernard mixed dog, Bertha, smacked her human in the face, she left a mark. Her human started filming, put the video on Instagram, and the story doesn’t end there. Poor Bertha felt so bad about the accident, she gave her human the most adorable apology ever.

The dog is so determined to get her BFF to forgive and forget, that she throws her two front paws and stares up with pleading eyes at her. The funniest moment is when the dog covers her eyes as if to say, ‘Oh no, are you showing my friends on Instagram!?”
