Teens Commit Multiple Thefts & Celebrate By Throwing A Dog Out Of A Moving Car

El Paso Police Department is looking for 3 teens who committed a string of robberies across multiple stores in the city.

Later, the trio was also spotted “celebrating” by hurling an innocent dog from a moving car window onto the busy street along the block of Titanic in northeast El Paso.

Witnesses say the teens had intentionally picked up the dog to abuse him. They were seen laughing maniacally as they encouraged the speeding driver to toss the tiny dog into the traffic for fun.

After investigation, the robbers have been identified as 17-year-old Jorge Rangel, 19-year-old Edwin Rodriguez and 17-year-old Bianca Salazar. Let’s spread the word and help the authorities nab these lawless teens.

Update: Cops have arrested the teens and charged them with cruelty to non-livestock animals (torture). They have been booked into El Paso County Detention Center with a $3,000 bond each. They were previously booked for robbing a 7-Eleven a few months ago.

The dog is now with the El Paso Police Department’s Animal Cruelty Unit, but nothing has been revealed about the injuries sustained by him. Officers say he has a friendly disposition, which indicates that he has an owner.

Anyone with any information on the owner of the dog is requested to call the ACIU hotline at 915-212-0800. Please spread the word and help reunite the dog with his owner.
