A man recently moved into a house in St. Louis, Missouri, which had been vacant for quite some time. Just when he was settling in the new space, he heard an ominous series of sounds coming from the basement.

The man went to investigate and was shocked to discover a Pit Bull chained and abandoned in the home’s dark and dingy basement. The poor creature was choking on her chains as she tried to climb upstairs.
Considering the unpredictability of the situation, the man called “Stray Rescue of St.Louis” for further help.
The rescuers arrived and cautiously moved toward the Pit Bull to free her. They were heartbroken to see the appalling state of the basement.
The whole area was filled with feces and debris, indicating that the dog had been trapped here for quite some time.
