One of the worst days of a pet parent’s life is when a beloved dog passes away. If love could save all dogs, they would live as long as we do.
Sadly, that isn’t the case, so we have to love them and cherish them for as long as they share our lives.
A couple who lost their dog after 11 years together was mourning the loss for a long time, as dogs never leave our hearts.

One day, the woman decided she was going to surprise her husband, named Mack. Mack had been longing for another dog for close to a year, and his wife decided it was time to do something about it.
Her husband had wanted another pooch for a while, so she got him a pup and placed him carefully in a box. We see the woman walk into her house with a gift-wrapped box for Mack with the camera rolling.

Through tears and shock, the man sees the squirming pup in the box and is clearly filled with emotions. He gently picks his new best pal up and holds him close to his chest.
His wife is seen on camera and tells her hubby, “Happy Valentine’s Day,” but Mack is too choked up to say anything out loud. The puppy nuzzles himself into Mack’s beard, and it looks like they will live happily ever after.
