A Missouri woman is devastated and pleading for the public’s help in finding her 13-week-old Pit Bull puppy who was stolen right from her Kansas City home near 85 and Brooklyn Ave.
The puppy thief used a ladder, broke the window and went right through it to steal the family’s beloved pup, Piglet.

“My last dog passed away. He got hit by a car right here in front of the house. And when he died, Piglet was born. So, it was like a connection there,” Piglet’s owner, Reanna Estrada, told Fox 4 KC.
“And I’ve just been inseparable from him. I spend every dollar I have on him. He’s like my child. I can’t have children. Animals is all I can have.”
The man’s face was caught on surveillance video, which shows him in a black sweatshirt with red writing and red shoes. Estrada filed a police report and is also hoping that someone recognizes the man from the video.

Not only did the man steal Piglet, but he also stole Estrada’s purse, which had important paperwork inside. But of course, Estrada would much rather find Piglet than her documents.
“That’s my world,” she told Fox 4 KC. “I know I haven’t had him very long but it’s all I have. I don’t care about anything else. I don’t care about the purse. I don’t necessarily even want anybody to go to jail. I just want my stuff back.”
