Thug Steals Man’s PTSD Service Dog Through Car Window As He Sits In Traffic

Randy Holmes was out riding in his vehicle with his service dog by his side when his life changed in a matter of seconds.

The Memphis, Tennessee dog owner says he was traveling through heavy traffic in a construction zone on Highway 78 when his service dog went missing.

The windows to the vehicle were rolled down and the dog had his service vest on. As a highly trained service animal, Randy says Scrappy would never jump from the car.

Sadly, it is believed someone reached in and literally removed Scrappy from the vehicle through an open window.

Scrappy helps his owner deal with posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) he sustained after a motor vehicle accident. Scrappy’s owner is devastated this happened and just wants his best friend back.
