Seven Dogs Get Locked Up For Dog Meat Trade But One Woman Makes A Desperate Run

South Korean animal activist Yumi has been working with “Aniband Animal Rescue” to eradicate the country’s thriving dog meat farms.

During one of her rescue duties, Yumi noticed a shady building with distress noises coming from inside. She dropped everything and ran to find the truth behind the situation.

Yumi was in shock when she discovered 7 dogs trapped in a cage and screaming in pure horror and helplessness inside the building.

The dogs were either smuggled, or bred specifically for the dog meat trade. Yumi kept fighting for the dogs’ freedom and eventually managed to get the dogs out before they were shifted for transportation.

After the rescue, the Aniband team spent thousands of dollars to transport the dogs to “Doggie Protective Services” in America. The dogs were supposed to get trained and groomed for forever homes by the organization.

But when the staff saw the dogs’ terrorized faces at the airport, they began doubting the prospect of these dogs having a normal life.

As the dogs had spent most of their lives in a dark cage, the staff took them for their first freedom run on luscious green grass.

The dogs soon lost all inhibitions and leaped about the park to celebrate their new lives. After that, it became very easy to find the dogs their perfect forever homes!

Thanks to the combined efforts of these heroic rescue groups, these dogs who were fated to be on the menu are now living full-fledged lives as beloved pets.
