Sometimes, it’s hard to rescue one dog, but imagine that dog being a momma who’d just recently given birth, and her three precious puppies needing urgent care, too!
That’s the case at this shipping yard, where, as you can see in this video, a momma dog is scrounging for food when rescue workers discover her.
Someone at the shipping yard notifies the rescue crews that there is a young family in need. However, the security guard on the property doesn’t love it when the crews appear.
In fact, he looks a little protective of the young family of four-legged cuties. The workers have to convince him that they’re looking out for the dogs’ best interests, and once he sees they really are the good guys, he stands guard while the crews step in to take not just momma, but all three puppies into care. One little one is especially frightened and takes more coaxing than the rest.
But, ultimately, the dog-saving-helpers are able to get this momma and her three musketeers into their car and off to the shelter, where they get a bubble bath and then transition to a foster family. Momma and her pups appear to be right at home with each other and their new lease on life.
