Man Beats Dog In Target Store Parking Lot For Having Diarrhea In His Car

It seemed like an ordinary day at the Target store in Fort Wayne, Indiana. However, what was happening in the Target parking lot was far from typical and is making headlines on social media.

According to probable cause affidavit filed in the Allen Superior Court in conjunction with cell phone video footage, 21-year-old Noah B. Parish has been charged with cruelty to an animal.

A good Samaritan called authorities after witnessing Parish repeatedly hitting a dog in the back seat of his Toyota Corolla.

The witness said Parish struck the dog, closed the car door, and then went back to hit the dog several more times.

Thanks to video proof of the abuse being posted to Facebook, Parish’s license plate was tracked. On questioning, Parish said the dog had diarrhea in his car and he “overreacted” and apologized for his actions.

The dog’s owner told investigators her dog was treated with flea spray that day and that caused him to have an upset stomach.

Someone else told investigators Parish is “OCD” about his car and he flipped when the dog made the mess inside.

Thanks to everyone who stepped up to report this act of animal abuse.

Footage of the actual abuse can be seen in the video here. Please be warned this is intense and shows the man striking the dog.
