Sidewalk Specials showed up and confronted the owner of a dog in De Doorns who kept the pup outside on a short and tight chain that was cutting into his neck.
So many dogs like Toby are tethered 24/7 due to perceived and assumed behavioral issues, but sometimes all they need is a chance!

The man finally agreed to turn Toby over to the rescuers, and the dog was a friendly delight from the time he was freed!
It would be a process for him to adapt to city living, but Toby was more than willing to give it a try.

Now named Harry, the sweet boy is living and thriving in his forever home with loving parents and a best friend named Crunchie!
The dogs are able to run free in the huge backyard, and when the neighbors’ pups come over to play, they have a blast! Take a look at Toby now. 🙂
