The stray animal population has sadly gotten worse in poverty-stricken areas. Having pets spayed or neutered is considered a luxury. Unwanted puppies are dumped on the streets, and it’s simply heartwrenching.
One puppy was heard crying her tiny lungs out. Covered in ticks and fleas, this poor baby needed proper care. Thankfully, rescuers came as quickly as they could.
They had never seen such a horrific infestation. It was later revealed by security cameras that a heartless woman dumped the poor puppy in this condition. Who could be so cruel?

The rescuers did not hesitate. They took the baby straight to the vet. They named the sweet puppy ‘Balloon’.
The medical staff treated her for anemia and malnourishment. She quickly turned around after proper medical care, rest, and lots of affection.

The best part about Balloon’s rescue video (which can be seen below), is that it showcases her beautiful transformation after medical care.
Because of the rescuers’ quick response, she gets better quickly! The sweet pup then goes to her foster home and can be seen happily playing like the cute puppy she is!

While she was surely suffering, her health made a complete turnaround. Balloon transforms into who she was always meant to be.
It doesn’t take long for her to find a new mom and forever home. Her new mom adores Balloon and has pledged to always look out for her (and spoil her rotten!)

The puppy who was helpless on the street can now be seen around town in adorable outfits, strutting her stuff on walks with her mom. She loves to play and be held.
While we can never know for sure what dogs remember, we are sure that Balloon is in good, loving hands and will never suffer like that again!
